- Tenant/Buyer: A user who books or purchases the service or product.

- Payment Gateway: Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or any other approved payment method.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Directly Provided Information
- Full name, email address, phone number, address.
- Payment information: Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or credit cards.
- Advertisement details: type of property/car, its precise location on the map, full description, images, price, duration of rental or sale.
- Messages and communication: support messages or messages between users.
Practical example: When posting an advertisement for a property for hourly rent, we record the location precisely (country, city, neighborhood, floor, number of rooms, additional services), so that the tenant can choose the appropriate location and services accurately.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information

- Usage data: pages you visit, advertisements you viewed or booked, activity duration, dates and times.
- Cookies and tracking technologies: to analyze performance, improve user experience, display relevant content and ads.

- Contact information appears only after confirming the booking and payment to ensure the credibility of the booking.
- After payment, the tenant gets the phone number or WhatsApp and location details.
Practical example: When booking a car for one hour, the contact number appears only after payment to confirm the real booking and validity of the data.
5.2 Sale (Properties)
- The owner posts the advertisement for free without an intermediary.
- The phone number appears directly to the buyer for communication.
- Subscribing to a paid premium advertisement plan allows highlighting the advertisement on the first pages with full transparency.
6. Payments and Bookings
- All payments through Stripe, PayPal, Wise.
- The platform does not hold funds, and they go directly to the owner after confirming receipt of the service or product.
- Payment model: 10% in advance when booking, the rest after confirmation.
- Cancellation policy: before 24 hours → partial refund, less than 3 days and the booking was not used → no refund.
- Any attempt to manipulate bookings or provide misleading data leads to permanent banning of the user without refund.
7. User Rights
- Access to your data and modify or delete it.
- Request restriction or objection to data processing.
- Withdraw consent to marketing messages or notifications.
- Transfer data to another platform when desired.
